When the month of November arrives all the business owner panic to get a reliable company to provide snow plowing for the long winter months in Ottawa.

Majority of the times snow removal companies keep signing contracts even though they know they can’t keep up with the work load. In other words sign the contract get paid half up front and we’ll do what we can. Is it fair for the business owners to pay half up front and not get the snow removed on time?
